Our commitment
Control Suite is built for people working real shifts in busy venues, often at speed and on small screens. We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate the structure.
- Every link, button and form field has a visible, descriptive label. Form fields are properly associated with their labels.
- Text and interface colours are chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
- The site is responsive and reflows down to small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Text scales with your browser's zoom and font-size settings.
- All interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
Known limitations
- Some sections fade in as you scroll. If you have "reduce motion" enabled in your operating system, tell us if this still causes problems and we will fix it.
- We are working towards full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. We have not yet had the site independently audited, so we describe it as partially conformant.
Tell us about a problem
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site or in the Control Suite app, we want to know. Email support@controlsuite.co.uk or call 01772 910990, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will respond within one working day and tell you how we plan to fix it.

If you need information from this site in another format - large print, plain text, or read out over the phone - contact us and we will provide it.
